Text Instructions For Adding Existing Patient As OP Using Doctors Login
- Login To hms.zillion.care
- Select New/Waiting OP’s From Op Drop Down Menu Displayed At The Top In The Menu Bar
- Now Click On + Add patient Button
- Provide All The Details Like Name, Mobile, ID no To Search The Patient
- Now Provide More Details Like Consulting Doctor Details, Payment Mode, Casualty, Priority And Also The Follow Up
- Existing Patient Details Will Be Displayed
- Now Select The Action Displayed As A Tick Mark Under Action
- Now Click On Save Changes
- Existing Patient Will Be Added as Out Patient Successfully
