Text Instructions To Fill Vital Signs Of IP , In Our Clinic/Hospital Management Software, Zillion Care.
- Login To hms.zillion.care
- Select IP From IP Drop Down Menu Displayed At The Menu Bar At the top
- Click On The Action(Doctor) Tab Of The In Patient (Refer 2nd Image)
- Vital Screen Is Opened
- Fill the Required Details Of The In Patient Such As Weight, Height, Temperature, Blood Pressure, Pulse rate, Sugar Level, CVS, Oxygen Levels
- Patient’s Vital Signs Can Be Updated At Regular Intervals Of Time And Date
- Now Click On Save To Save The Details Of The In Patients
