Procedure Guidelines To Update The Complaints Of An In-Patient

Text Instructions To Update The Complaints Of An In-Patient , In Our Clinic/Hospital Management Software, Zillion Care.

  • Login To hms.zillion.care
  • Select IP From IP Drop Down MenuDisplayed At The Menu Bar At the top
  • Click On The Action(Doctor) Tab Of The In Patient (Refer 2nd Image)
  • Vital Screen is Opened
  • Click On Comp. Tab To Update The Complaints Of An In-patient
  • Now Select Update Button That Is Displayed At The Right Corner Of The Page
  • Select the required details Such As Yes/No, Duration, Duration Type, Remarks For Asthma, Cardiac, DM, HTN, TB
  • Then Click On Save Button To Save The Results
  • Else Select Cancel To Unsave The Changes
