Text Instructions For Creating New Record For A Patient, In Our Clinic/Hospital Management Software, Zillion Care.

  • Login To hms.zillion.care
  • Click Patient Tab Which Is In The Main Menu, Top Horizontal Bar
  • It Lists All The Patients
  • Click On + New Record
  • Enter The {[Personal Details Page Opens Up
  • In The Enter The Personal Details Page, It Asks For The Camera To Click The Patient Picture
  • Capturing A Picture Of The Patient Is Optional
  • If Needed The Image Of The Patient Is Captured Else You Can Close The Page By Clicking The Cross Symbol
  • Next Step Is To Enter Name, Select Gender, Select Marital Status, Select Date Of Birth From Calendar, Enter Father Name, Enter Mother Name, Enter Spouse Name, Enter Occupation, Select Blood Group, Select Option For Infant, Select Option For Minor, Enter Aadhar Number, Enter Phone Number 1, Enter Phone Number 2, Enter Mobile Number 1, Enter Mobile Number 2
  • Here, Entering Name, Selecting Gender, Selecting Date Of Birth, Entering Mobile Number1 Is Mandatory, Which Is Marked With *
  • Others Like Select Marital Status, Enter Father Name, Enter Mother Name, Enter Spouse Name, Enter Occupation, Select Blood Group, Select Option For Infant, Select Option For Minor, Enter Aadhar Number, Enter Phone Number 1, Enter Phone Number 2, Enter Mobile Number 2 Are All Not Mandatory
  • Now Click On Next Step Button. This Takes To Next Page, Which is , Setup Residence Details
  • Now, the Setup Residence Details Page Opens Up
  • Enter Address1, Address2, Select Country First, Then Select State, Then Select District, City, Area, Enter Pincode
  • Address1, Selecting Country, State, City and Entering Pincode Is Mandatory
  • Now Click The Next Step Button. This Takes To The Next Page Which Is Kin Information
  • Clicking Previous Button Takes You To The Previous Page, Personal Information Page
  • Provide Kin Details Page Opens Up
  • Enter Kin Name, Relation, Phone No., Mother's Medical Department No
  • In Kin Details Page, All The Details Are Not Mandatory. You Can Skip This Page By Clicking Next Step Button
  • Clicking Next Step Takes You To The Next Page That Is Other Information
  • Other Information Page Opens Up
  • Enter Email, Select Option For Staff Relative, Select Entry Mode
  • Select Option For Medical Legal Case
  • .
  • Enter Remarks
  • Click The Next Step Button. This Takes To The Next Page, Review and Submit Page
  • Review And Submit Page Opens Up
  • We Can Review The Details Which We Entered
  • If We Want To Edit Any Information, We Can Edit By Clicking The Previous Button
  • If All The Given Details Are Correct Then Click On The Submit Button
  • Successfully Added Page Opens Up
  • All The Information Is Saved
  • Then This Takes To The Patient Page Which Lists All The Patients
