- Login To hms.zillion.care
- Select IP From IP Drop Down MenuDisplayed At The Menu Bar At the top
- Click On The Action(Doctor) Tab Of The In Patient (Refer 2nd Image)
- Vital Screen is Opened
- Click On Update Covid Button
- Update Covid 19 Details Screen Is Opened
- Select The Status Of Covid, RT-PCR Test, CT Scan Test, Patient Status
- Enter The Details of Remarks
- Click On Save Changes To Save The Details
