- Login To hms.zillion.care
- Select IP From IP Drop Down MenuDisplayed At The Menu Bar At the top
- Click On The Action(Doctor) Tab Of The In-Patient (Refer 2nd Image)
- Vital Screen is Opened
- Click On P.Illness Tab
- Now Select Past Records Button To View The Past Records Of An Illness Of An In-Patient
- Now Click On Close Button To Close The Screen
