- Login To hms.zllion.care
- Select Op From Op Drop Down Menu That Is Displayed At the Top Menu Bar
- Now Press + Add New Patient Button From The Right Horizontal Bar
- New Screen For Adding New Patient Details Is Displayed
- Now Provide All The Mandatory Details LikeName, Mobile, Gender, Age, Dob And Address Details As Required
- Now Provide More Details Like Consulting Doctor Details, Payment Mode, Casualty, Priority And Also The Reference Details
- And Enter Symptoms And Allergies Then Press Save Changes Displayed At The Bottom
- New Patient With The Relevant Details Will Be Created Successfully
