- Login To hms.zillion.care
- Select IP From IP Drop Down Menu Displayed At The Menu Bar At the top
- Click On The Action(Doctor) Tab Of The In Patient (Refer 2nd Image)
- New Screen Vital Screen is Opened
- Select The lab tab From The Top Horizontal Bar
- Select The Send Lab and Select The Type Of Test From the Drop Down
- Select Hospital Option For The lab Test That Are Feasible Inside the hospital
- Select the outside Option For The Test That Are Not Feasible Inside The Hospital
- Select The Type Of Test From The Drop Down List And Enter The Description And Amount and Discount
