- Login To hms.zillion.care
- Select IP From IP Drop Down MenuDisplayed At The Menu Bar At the top
- Click On The Action(Doctor) Tab Of The In-Patient (Refer 2nd Image)
- New Screen Vital Screen is Opened
- Select The lab tab Displayed At The Top Of Horizontal Bar
- Select Lab Option And Select The Required Image Corresponding To The Report
- Select Delete Option To Delete The File And Select Zoom To Zoom the File And Select Remark Option To Enter The Remarks For The Uploaded File
