Text Instructions For Adding Existing Patient As OP
- Login To hms.zillion.care
- Select New/Waiting OP’s From Op Drop Down Menu Displayed At The Top Menu Bar
- Now Press + Add patient Button That Is Displayed At The Right Horizontal Bar
- New Screen Is Opened Displayed For Filling The Details Of The OP patient
- Provide All The Details Like Name, Mobile, ID no To Search The Patient
- Now Provide More Details Like Consulting Doctor Details, Payment Mode, Casualty, Priority And Also The Follow Up]
- Existing Patient Details Will Be Displayed And The Details Can Be Cross Verified
- After Then Now Select The Action
- Under The Action Tab A Tick Mark Button Is Displayed
- Click On The Tick Mark Button To Proceed On Forward
- Now Press Save Changes
- Now The Existing Patient Is Added As OP For Today
